The foot of Mercury guided by the wind is a recurring form in the artist’s work. She has scanned her own body to create it and placed her iconography of Ram’s heads in an ornamental arrangement around the base. The perceptive experience of the work “Messenger (fragment)” is a sense of disorientation given by a glitch that occurred while 3D scanning, which turned the bottom of the original sculpture into a cloud-like mass. Amplifying the impossibility of catching the whole ensemble of the sculpture all at once, in this digital piece, everything floats.
